I wanted to find a better solution for a problem we have in our labs/classrooms. We use Ghost to re-image our classrooms several times a month in order to reset the environment for different classes we hold at our centers. Every time we re-image the Windows 7 systems we have to reactive the OS and Office products.
The problem is that we have exceeded the maximum activations on most systems and are running out of the times we can use slmgr -rearm, and if we forget to re-image a system we get messages saying we don't have valid licenses. This portrays a bad image to the students and is a constant headache for IT staff.
I want to see if there is a better solution since we have valid licenses for our systems and require re-imaging of our classrooms several times a month and nothing changes on the hardware.
