Hello all, thanks in advance for any help with this.
We have instituted Dell KACE for our users as a service desk and for patching and monitoring workstations. I came into this role after Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 was rolled out and KACE was already on some of the machines. I am trying to get the whole organization deployed but it appears to be blocked by the SEP firewall. If SEP isn't installed first I can push out the endpoint from the KACE appliance but it fails with an unknown network error if SEP is installed.
Has anyone else run into this? Any help?
