Hello Spicey Peeps!
We're a two person I.T. Department that supports approximately 145 users. Over 100 of them are laptops and are in the field for weeks at a time. We are trying to tighten down and automate as much as we can. I'm looking for recommendations on how to preform patch management on our mobile users (plus the workstations) including, Microsoft, Java, Adobe, etc. We have a VPN but I don't want to try to pull the updates across it. Users are currently local administrators but I want to fix that this year too. Any advise will be appreciated!
