we have all our users locked down as standard users. when they need an update (adobe, itunes etc) they have to submit a ticket and then we either go to their desk and do the install or send them a logmein link and do it remotely.
my question is what is the better way around this?
would it be writing a script (one for 32 and one for 64 bit)?
or
is there a policy on the server that can be applied?
or another way to do so?
