SCCM 2012 client not instal propertly in action tab

Hello,

I have SCCM2012 SP1, on client computer when open SCCM client, in action tab I have action like in att. Nothing all. Can someone say me how can I fix this. This problem I was have on Sccm 2007. Only on Win XP clients.
