I've been tasked with putting together a small network (30 PCs) for a library and they require every new public user to get a set, consistent, predefined configuration. They allow their library patrons to write their resumes, surf, look for jobs, etc. but all this info and any other changes users make should permanently and irretrievably disappear once the user is done with their session. Currently, they just occasionally reimage the machines but this isn't adequate. What are the possible replacements? From asking around I've been told that Centurion DriveShield / SmartShield and Faronics Deep Freeze fit the requirements. Does anyone know of any other alternatives. Ideally, I'd like to see some comparison of the various options available. I'm pressed for time here so any useful help ASAP would be much appreciated and won't go unthanked. :)
