We've just beta tested SmartDeploy and absolutely love it. Now I'm trying to determine what level of support to purchase. We probably image 2-3 machines at a time at a maximum, so I don't feel like we need premium support. I was thinking essential would be fine, and basic might even work since we aren't going to use this to image 100 stations at once. We're phasing out XP as best we can a few stations at a time.
For those that use it, what level of support did you choose and why? How big is your environment, and how many machines do you image at a time?
