Hello everyone,
Currently we have a server 2003 server with a WDS server role installed which works great but would like to get an image of everybody's machines "as is", without using sysprep.
The server works perfectly and exactly how it is supposed to but was wondering if you could setup a different boot image to capture an image wtihout having to use sysprep the user's machine.
We don't want to commit to spending money (as most IT depts are reluctant to do) and using ghost to USB is just far too slow.
I would like to keep this within WDS as this has all of our base images for all the machines we currently use but would fire up a VM on our dev environment if another solution is found to be better.
Any suggestions welcome, i've tried Googling this solution but there's not alot out there.
