SCCM 2012 Client Settings view deployments

Maybe I'm missing something, but in SCCM 2012 R2, I've set up a few Client Settings policies and successfully deployed them to my test users.  What I'd like to do is remove the deployment from the test users and apply it to the general populace.  I know how to apply it to another collection, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove the deployment from the test collection.  I also can't find where to see what collections the client settings are currently deployed to.
