default gui settings for windows

Hi guys,

I'm working on creating a more standard image of windows 7 to be used on any new computers here at my work place. In this process I am trying to lock it down a little more than what currently exists, ie. getting rid of the games and other features that don't need to exist. Is there something like powertoys that I can use to do this, or am i going to need to be looking at a different route?

Some things i don't want to remove, and can make due by hiding them.
